Orders
Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, e-mail or via the web site.

Prices
Prices are subject to change and Arrow Precision Engineering Limited reserve the right to change their pricing of stock parts without notice, unless those parts have been specifically quoted by us. All prices quoted are subject to local purchase taxes.

Terms
Payment for goods may be made by Debit or Credit Card, Bankers Drafts are also acceptable. Cheques, company or private, will only be accepted once cleared, and goods will not be dispatched until then (normally 5 working days). Accounts are available upon submission of a formal credit application, please allow at least 4 weeks for approval. Arrow Precision Engineering Ltd reserve the right to refuse credit under any circumstance should they see fit.


Shipping
Orders are shipped TNT (Worldwide) and Interlink(UK). Mainland Europe is usually next day with US and Far East deliveries within 3 days. If stock is unavailable an expected delivery date will be mailed back to you, this will normally be within 14 days. All international freight can be subject to delay from customs, air traffic disruption etc.: Arrow Precision Engineering Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays which are outside what would reasonably be thought of as their control.

Returns
All components should be carefully inspected on delivery. If, after receiving a product manufactured by Arrow Precision Engineering Ltd, you are not completely satisfied, please contact Arrow to obtain clearance for merchandise returns. Always include a copy of the original invoice.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions ( Terms ), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
“the Buyer” means the person, firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company:
“the Company” means [ fill in the name of the supplier];
“Contract” means the contract between the Company and the Buyer which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms;
“Goods” means any goods  agreed in the Contract to be supplied by the Company to the Buyer;
“Place of Delivery” means the place to which the Goods are to be delivered.
In these Terms, reference to any statute or statutory provision shall be construed as a reference to such statute or statutory provision as amended, modified, re-enacted or replaced from time-to-time.
2. The Contract
The Contract shall be on these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any such terms and conditions that are purported to be included or applied by the Buyer.
No terms and conditions contained in the confirmation of order, purchase order or other document  of the Buyer will form part of the Contract.
3. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Place of Delivery shall be the Company’ premises and the Buyer shall take delivery within 7 days of the Company notifying the Buyer that the Goods are ready for delivery.
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.
4. Risk in and Ownership of the Goods
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery
Ownership in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Company has received in full in cleared funds all sums due to the Company in respect of the Goods and all other sums which are or may become due to the Company from the Buyer on any account.
Until ownership of the Goods has passed to the Buyer, the Buyer shall:
hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as the Company’s bailee;
store the Goods separately from all other goods of the Buyer or any third party in such a way that they remain identifiable as the Company’s property;
not destroy or deface any identifying mark on the Goods or their packaging;
maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition insured with the Company’s interest noted on the policy and hold any proceeds of such insurance on trust for the Company and not mix them with any other money.
5. Price
The price for the Goods shall, unless otherwise agreed, be the price set out on the date of delivery in the Company’s price list. The price for the Goods shall be exclusive of all costs of carriage and insurance and applicable VAT which the Buyer shall pay in addition. The Buyer shall pay such deposit as the Company shall direct.
6. Payment
“The Company shall not be bound to deliver the Goods until the Buyer has paid for them. Payment shall be due before the Delivery date and time for payment shall be of the essence [or 5 business days prior to Delivery]”
Payment shall not be deemed to have taken place until the receipt by the Company of cleared funds.
7. Warranties
The Company warrants that the Goods are of satisfactory quality.
If the Buyer wishes to make a claim under this warranty, the Buyer shall give written notice to the Company within 30 days of the discovery of the defect and give the Company a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods in question.
The Company shall not be liable for any breach of warranty if the Buyer makes any further use of the Goods after giving such notice or alters or repairs the Goods without the agreement of the Company.
The Company’s liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the Goods in question or refunding the price of such Goods.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the Contract shall not exceed £[         ] and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable to the Buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages.
9. Force Majeure
If either party is subject to an event of Force Majeure, that is circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, fire, industrial disputes or civil commotion, it shall notify the other and the first party’s obligations under these Terms shall be suspended until it notifies the other party of the end of such event of Force Majeure.
10. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed from these Terms which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

2.1 All personal information sensitive or otherwise given to us through this website will only be held and used with care and in accordance with this policy and the Data Protection Act 1998.
2.2 When you visit and/or register the website at certain areas of the website you may be asked to provide relevant personal information and occasionally sensitive personal information about yourself including your name, contact details and other relevant information relating to your enquiry.

4.1 The information you provide to us will be held on our computers in the United Kingdom and accessed by or given to our staff working within the United Kingdom.
4.2 We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about visitors to this website and traffic patterns with connected group companies or other parties within the United Kingdom. However, we will not (save as set out in this policy) sell, transfer or share any personal information about you as an individual user of this website outside Arrow Precision Engineering Limited. 
4.3 If our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.
4.4 We will co-operate with law enforcement agencies as well as related third parties to enforce laws such as fraud and other rights.  You authorise us to disclose any information about you to such law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary in connection with the investigation of fraud or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.  You further authorise us to process your information including sensitive personal information where the processing is necessary for the purpose of legal proceedings, obtaining legal advice, establishing or defending legal rights or for the administration of justice or the exercise of functions of a public nature. 
4.5 By accepting this Privacy Policy you authorise us as part of any application for employment to process any sensitive data that relates specifically only to your racial or ethnic origin for the sole purpose of equal opportunity monitoring.  
4.6 You further authorise us to process your sensitive personal information where such processing is necessary for performance of our obligations under employment law.
5. COOKIES
Cookies are small amounts of information which we may from time to time store on your computer. 6. SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION
6.1 In addition to these policies your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act 1998. Under this Act we will only process any personal data we hold about you in a lawful and fair manner. We will keep your personal data secure to prevent access by unauthorised third parties and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. Information provided will be stored on computer for a reasonable period or for as long as the law requires and may be used for analysis purposes as provided in this policy.  In relation to any sensitive personal data provided as part of an application for employment this shall be stored no longer than 6 months or if your application is successful it will be retained during your employment and for 3 years after you leave. 
6.2 All information once processed and no longer required will be destroyed in a confidential manner.
7. ACCESSING AND UPDATING
You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date.  If you wish to do this, please contact us.  We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. 
8. POLICY CHANGES
Any changes to this privacy policy will be posted on this website and where appropriate, through email notification and will take effect immediately. This policy was last updated on 1 October 2004.
9. EMAILS
We will not email you in the future unless you have given your consent.  However, we will email you in reply to your emails to us or in response to “opt-in” boxes etc.  We will not pass on your email address except as mentioned above under “Disclosure of your Information".
