Where the need arises for a high quality rod in a performance production car, Arrow Precision lead the way. Having recently secured orders for fully machined rods from some of the biggest car manufacturers in the World, we feel confident that we are well ahead of the game when it comes to quality, service, and cost.

In order to service these contracts we have invested in new machinery and premises which let us move into volume production without compromising quality or delivery deadlines. Our production lines are producing rods at higher efficiency and of a better quality than ever before.

These fully machined rods are bound for the production market and are of the same quality found in a British Touring Car or a Bentley Speed Six, but we also have the ability to produce a high quality forged type connecting rod. This rod is machined only in critical areas. We still use only the highest quality drop forged, nickel chrome alloy steel (EN24), but by only machining to achieve tolerance we significantly reduce costs. These rods are specially forged for each application so production runs of at least five hundred are recommended for this method of production. These critically machined rods can't be balanced and used at the highest end of the market, but the material and dimensional accuracy is far above any other forged rod on offer today.

Both our fully machined and forged type rods are subject to the same fastener technology and quality control as our competition steel rods, guaranteeing you a consistent product in a changing world.
